Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that care is both effective and sensitive to diverse backgrounds.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support, working closely with healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of our clients may have experienced barriers to accessing traditional care, making this telehealth model especially crucial for ensuring they receive the support they need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado is essential.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
