Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Billerica, MA
Schedule: 30 hours/week | 4 days/week | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 1 remote)
Pay Rate: $35–$43/hour
Contract: 3 months, with potential for extension
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a growing recruiting team during a period of increased hiring activity. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys working with candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping the recruiting process organized and moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support experience and be comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Review inbound applicants and assist with identifying qualified candidates for recruiter review.
• Support candidate sourcing and pipeline management activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Coordinate interview logistics with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Assist with recruiting reports, process administration, and other talent acquisition projects.
• Help manage high-volume recruiting activity and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, recruiting administration, or a related area.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing calendars.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow-through and sense of urgency.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and standard business applications.
• ATS experience preferred; experience with a specific ATS is not required.
• Comfortable learning new recruiting systems and technology quickly.
• Professional, personable, collaborative, and service-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting, candidate sourcing, or pipeline management is a plus.
