Senior/Lead Mechanic - Falcon Field Airport

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as directed by the Director of Maintenance (DOM).
- Ensure full compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and industrial safety standards.
- Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with approved manuals, standard practices, and DOM-established procedures.
- Accurately document all maintenance performed using approved maintenance tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems and perform routine inspections and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics when appropriate.
- Perform all duties with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience maintaining piston-powered general aviation aircraft.
- Experience with Piper Archer and Piper Seminole aircraft preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance tracking systems; Quantum MX experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with and mentor junior mechanics.
- Must provide own tools and maintain reliable transportation.
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required)
- Inspection Authorization (IA) (preferred)
