Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies and conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and treatment goals.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to remain informed regarding the latest developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide therapy and counseling services to a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, and those with developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the practice of counseling.
