Automotive Sales Professional

An established automotive customization and high-end vehicle solutions company in the White Plains, NY area is in search of a seasoned sales professional to lead business expansion across bespoke automotive projects and premium auto storage services. This position is well-suited for an individual with a solid track record in luxury car sales, performance enhancements, or elite client management who excels in a customer-focused, enthusiast-driven setting.

This role combines consultative sales, project management, and client relations within the discerning automotive enthusiast and collector community. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, impeccably organized, and genuinely enthusiastic about high-performance automobiles, customization, and the luxury car scene.

Specialized Auto Project Sales

• Engage with customers to grasp project objectives, vehicle visions, and performance targets
• Propose and market custom auto solutions that include:
  • Enhanced performance features
  • Suspension and brake enhancements
  • Integration of vehicle electronics and radar systems
  • Premium sound systems
  • Interior customization and refinishing services
  • Complete vehicle restoration and build programs
• Collaborate with technical teams to formulate precise project scopes and pricing structures
• Assist customers with project planning, cost estimation, and implementation strategies
• Generate revenue growth while upholding a premium customer service experience

Luxury Auto Storage & Client Care

• Promote and expand premium auto storage memberships and related services
• Oversee the onboarding process and cultivate relationships with storage clients
• Identify opportunities to extend client involvement to customization or performance projects
• Ensure consistent and exceptional communication and service for collector and enthusiast clienteles

Client Relations & Business Growth

• Establish lasting connections with auto enthusiasts, collectors, and affluent customers
• Act as a dependable advisor throughout the customer journey
• Maintain proactive communication, follow-ups, and efficient pipeline management
• Support the development of referrals and repeat business opportunities

Sales Operations & Team Coordination

• Collaborate closely with company leaders on sales strategies and expansion projects
• Maintain accurate CRM records, proposals, and customer paperwork
• Efficiently coordinate with production and technical teams for seamless project transitions
• Contribute to enhancing processes and overall business development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury car sales, performance vehicle sales, or aftermarket auto services
• Background as a Sales Manager, Client Advisor, or Automotive Project Consultant is a plus
• Familiarity with upscale vehicles, customization trends, and enthusiast communities
• Strong consultative sales skills and adept at building relationships
• Comfortable discussing technical automotive concepts with clients and internal teams
• Experience working with high-end or wealthy clientele
• Self-driven, professional, and exceptionally organized
• Passionate about high-performance cars, automotive restoration, and specialty vehicle culture

Desirable Experience

• Leadership in luxury car dealership sales
