Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the needs of patients and design personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to foster continuous progress at home.
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Track therapeutic outcomes and modify treatments as required to ensure optimal results for patients.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
