What You’ll Be Doing As an Agent in Training, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most while building long‑term relationships in the community. Your day‑to‑day will include: Building relationships with new and existing clients Learning about clients' needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions Educating customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products Following up with leads, referrals, and existing clients Providing outstanding customer service before and after the sale Working toward individual and agency sales goals Continuing to grow your knowledge through training and mentorship Why Join the Ben Charney Agency?
