Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the frequency, intensity, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, resulting in a clear understanding of individual needs.

• Craft personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals, preferences, and unique situations, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to aid clients in achieving positive behavioral changes.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on real-time feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications\n
