Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Proficient in various cooking techniques and equipment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
