Associate Patient Care Coordinator - Administration
Providence
An Associate Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. The role schedules patients, obtains necessary documentation, coordinates aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care, and performs prior authorizations when necessary. The role will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the entity. Required Qualifications Coursework/Training: Completion of PMC’s Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR Staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire. Customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications At least 6 months of medical office experience. At least 6 months of experience in EMR. Why Join Providence?
