Marketing Operations Assistant
$800 per monthRuvixx
Type : Full-Time Contractor (starts with a 3-month trial). Pay : $800 USD/month during trial, up to $1,200 USD/month after. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be the engine that keeps our marketing operations running seamlessly. Key responsibilities include: Executing campaign setups in Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365, managing list uploads, segmentation, and tracking links. Performing regular data audits, deduplication, and pipeline tracking for regional reporting. Maintaining execution spreadsheets, operational dashboards, and budget logs daily and weekly. Managing project boards in ClickUp, testing new workflows, and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs). WHAT YOU BRING We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail. Your qualifications should include: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or data management. Direct experience operating CRMs (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or similar). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) and familiarity with tools like ClickUp or Asana. An Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. COMPENSATION RANGE $800 USD/month during the initial 3-month trial period, increasing to up to $1,200 USD/month upon successful completion of the trial. READY TO APPLY?
