I’m working with the co-founder of an independent, employee-owned US wholesale broker and MGA who is looking to bring in a senior yacht wholesale broker and/or Underwriter to build out a dedicated yacht program.

The opportunity is to take your existing market relationships, distribution and knowledge of the yacht market and turn them into something bigger.

You’ll have the backing of an established wholesale and MGA platform, with the opportunity to help shape the proposition, develop broker relationships and build a profitable portfolio.

What makes this particularly interesting is the ownership structure.

There’s no private equity firm behind the business, and this isn’t a corporate role where you’re simply expected to hit a number someone else has set.
