Three Rivers Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide high-quality mental health care through telehealth services, connecting with clients across many demographics and helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Work Environment

This position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility while still being an integral part of our team. Our telehealth facility ensures you can reach clients in their own environments, making mental health care more accessible. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing rapport through empathetic communication and ethical practice.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and discuss discharge processes when appropriate.
• Develop and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, ensuring each plan aligns with client goals and needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and potential treatment paths.
• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients toward healthier thought patterns and behaviors.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance your professional development and clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide integrated care and address multifaceted aspects of client health.
• Foster a growth mindset by actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges widely, including individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Three Rivers, you will be instrumental in addressing diverse mental health needs, guiding clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role is vital in creating a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Proficiency in using various digital tools, including spreadsheet software, electronic health record systems, and communication platforms.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele.
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and drafting treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling services.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that involve collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Calibrated skills in using electronic documentation and record-keeping systems such as PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, with a salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model guarantees that you will be compensated in advance of collections, mitigating wait times for reimbursement.
