Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy when working with individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to co-create effective treatment strategies that optimize client care.

• Provide ongoing support and interventions that promote emotional resilience and mental wellness.

• Participate in continuous education and training, attending workshops to stay abreast of current mental health trends and evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily serve individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on providing accessible and tailored therapies that cater to the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid background in therapeutic techniques.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Alliance Psychotherapy Services, we offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and caseload.
