Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients, adapting techniques to suit individual needs.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, participating actively in team meetings and case discussions.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to support effective treatment planning and client welfare.

Compensation and Benefits\n
