Executive Administrator – Private Equity / Infrastructure | New York City OR San Francisco (Hybrid)

$Competitive Base Salary + 30–40% Bonus + Benefits

The Company

An independently owned, high-growth infrastructure investment firm is scaling a North American platform across energy & power, transportation, environment and digital infrastructure.

The firm reports 30 platform assets and is now raising a second billion-dollar infrastructure fund.

The Role

You’ll become the operational backbone of a lean investment firm, supporting three Partners and owning the day-to-day administrative and operating infrastructure, including:

• Complex calendars, meetings, travel and senior external coordination
• New York office operations, vendors, contracts and renewals
• HR administration, onboarding, background checks and immigration coordination
• Corporate records, annual renewals and documentation
• Expenses, invoices, budget tracking and day-to-day financial administration
• Annual meeting, investor events and cross-office coordination
• Building processes and, over time, an operations team beneath you

What They Need

• Proven experience supporting senior executives / Partners in a demanding professional environment
• Strong ownership of complex calendars, competing priorities and day-to-day operations
• Exceptional organisation, communication, judgement, discretion and attention to detail
• Experience across office operations, HR administration, vendors, expenses / budgets and/or corporate records
• Private equity, infrastructure, investment funds, asset management or banking experience is preferred , but strong adjacent financial-services backgrounds will be considered.
