Title of Position- Executive Front House Manager
Job Description: The Executive Front House Manager will be expected to lead their team of managers by assuring that they are motivating the team to work hard, be enthusiastic and to be excited about the restaurant industry. The Executive Front House Manager must be able to mentor and develop other managers, as well as supervise and motivate the staff. The Executive Front House Manager must always act as a positive role model and will be responsible for managing the restaurant’s finances, inventory control, and showing positive guest counts. The Executive Front House Manager reports and works directly with the General Manager.

Qualifications:
· This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Front House Manager in a high-volume environment
· The Executive Front House Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Executive Front House Manager
· Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirements for the Executive Front House Manager
· The Executive Front House Manager should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company
