Autism 360 is looking for a compassionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote position serving families in North Carolina.

Due to insurance and payer guidelines, this requirement is non-negotiable , even though the position is remote.

???? What You’ll Do

As a Remote BCBA , you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversight for learners receiving ABA services. Your day may include:

• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans

• Conducting ongoing assessments and using data to guide clinical decisions

• Creating measurable skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction goals

• Monitoring learner progress and modifying programming when clinically appropriate

• Providing remote supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians

• Conducting caregiver training and helping families generalize skills beyond therapy sessions

• Collaborating with families, RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and operational team members

• Completing treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation within required timelines

• Ensuring services meet clinical, ethical, payer, BACB, HIPAA, and organizational standards

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities

Most importantly, you’ll be a clinical resource and advocate for the learners, families, and team members you support.

???? What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you’ll need:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field

• Eligibility to practice behavior analysis in North Carolina, including applicable licensure and credentialing requirements

• Experience working with autistic children and adolescents

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, functional assessment, treatment planning, behavior intervention, and skill-acquisition programming

• Experience supervising and coaching RBTs or behavior technicians

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence working independently in a remote environment

• Excellent organization, time-management, and clinical documentation skills

• Reliable high-speed internet and an appropriate private workspace for confidential clinical services

This requirement is based on insurance/payer guidelines and cannot be waived for out-of-state applicants.
