• Provide direct clinical services to clients through virtual contacts, including assessments, care planning, and follow-up interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients, utilizing empathy and active listening to promote their well-being.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment on individual treatment goals and sharing updates on client progress.

• Implement evidence-based practices during assessments and interventions, adapting techniques as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing development of integrated care plans that connect clients with necessary resources, including mental health services, social support, and educational opportunities.

• Support the reporting and documentation processes, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with professional ethical guidelines.

• Conduct safety assessments to identify potential risks within clients' environments and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.

• Facilitate educational workshops and support groups for clients and families to enhance their understanding of available services and foster community support.

The individuals you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may face unique challenges related to mental health. Many clients experience symptoms related to severe emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and trauma-related disorders. Your work will be crucial in providing compassionate care that not only addresses their mental health needs but also supports their overall quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington, with a commitment to maintaining continuing education and adhering to ethical standards.

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
