Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients.

• Engage in weekly case meetings with the healthcare team to discuss patient progress, needs, and treatment adjustments.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, facilitating discussions around coping strategies and self-care practices to empower them.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and timely in electronic medical records, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and department policies.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Support discharge planning, connecting clients with appropriate community resources as needed.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems, as well as basic computer software such as Microsoft Office, to manage records and documentation effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to work independently while managing a diverse caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
