Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and people-focused Human Resources Manager to help shape and support our most valuable asset—our team. From recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, you’ll lead HR initiatives that promote a positive and productive workplace. Whether you’re supporting 10 people or 1,000, you’ll be a trusted advisor and champion of company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with federal, state, and local labor laws
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees
• Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through communication and engagement initiatives
• Conduct investigations when necessary and manage disciplinary actions professionally and fairly

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in HR software and tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; HR certification is a plus
