Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of clients.

• Facilitate treatment planning and monitor progress while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation in line with best practices and compliance standards.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support clients in developing healthy coping strategies.

• Engage in regular supervision and collaborative meetings with fellow therapists to enhance service delivery and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
