Employee Benefits Director Remote/Hybrid Florida

We're looking for an experienced Director, Benefits Account Management to lead our employee benefits account management team, own our top client relationships, and drive ongoing improvements across department operations. Manage, coach, and develop the account management team; set goals and track performance Own senior-level relationships with key client accounts and personally manage a portfolio of major clients Guide renewal strategy, negotiate with carriers, and monitor service quality Collaborate with sales and operations; build strong carrier relationships Ensure clients stay compliant with relevant regulations Handle hiring, training, and staffing plans for the team Lead process improvements to boost efficiency Deliver client presentations, enrollment materials, and proposals Resolve escalated client issues and analyze claims/funding data Requirements Strong people-management and leadership skills Deep knowledge of medical (fully insured, level and self-funded), dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits 5-7+ years in benefits account management 2+ years in a supervisory capacity Life & Health license #J-18808-Ljbffr Criterion Executive Search
