Looking to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives? Two contract positions are available for school psychologists for the 2026–2027 academic year, supporting schools near Dearborn, MI. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to assess student needs, promote mental health, and contribute broadly—not just through evaluations, but by impacting the school community as a whole.

Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending Michigan School Psychologist Certification (travel professionals welcomed! Assistance for obtaining MI licensure offered for qualified out-of-state candidates able to secure licensure prior to starting)
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and create effective interventions
• Excellent teamwork skills with an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to support a wide range of psychological services within 1–2 school buildings, assigned according to district needs
• Preferred: Prior experience in a school-based setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Design and implement intervention and support strategies to foster student growth and well-being
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance academic and social-emotional outcomes
• Assist with broader school-based initiatives beyond testing, including mental health promotion and staff consultation
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to district and state guidelines

Assignment Details:

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
• School year: August 25, 2026 – June 11, 2027
• Onsite, in-person role (remote work is not available)
