The ideal candidate brings analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and practical business sense to the work, with experience across web and email analytics and confidence in both reporting and implementation. They also have a natural curiosity for how AI can improve the way we think, work, and uncover insights.What You’ll Be Working On Deliver ongoing performance reports, translating data into insights and recommendations for business executives and digital stakeholdersConduct deep-dive analyses (e.g. A/B testing, audience segmentation, campaign performance, pre/post redesigns) to uncover trends and opportunities that drive optimization and growthMonitor performance and data quality, proactively identifying and flagging any issues to the appropriate teamsContribute to measurement strategy across brands, including measurement planning, goal setting, testing strategies, and performance evaluation across web and emailCollaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze channel performance, inform strategy, improve user experience, and optimize marketing and analytics initiativesSupport analytics implementation across websites and applications:Develop tagging documentation aligned with business requirementsConduct UAT for analytics tags in staging and production environmentsIdentify, troubleshoot, and communicate tagging issues to relevant teams (e.g. account, media, tech, web dev, engineering, etc.)Expand analytics capabilities through forecasting, automation, and business intelligence solutions, including the development of internal and leadership dashboardsHelp shape an “AI-ready” analytics ecosystem by integrating AI into our data workflows, measurement, and governance practicesCraft, test, and refine generative AI prompts to support accurate and thoughtful analysisBuild and maintain a shared library of prompts, use cases, and best practices to enable consistent, high-quality outputsApply a test-and-learn approach, iterating, evaluating, and validating outputs to ensure they are grounded in strong data and sound judgmentHow You’ll Excel In Your Role Analytical & Technical Expertise2+ years of experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, including troubleshooting tagging using network traffic and debugging toolsStrong experience working with raw data using SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) toolsFamiliarity with ETL tools (e.g., Domo) to clean, transform, and prepare data for reportingUnderstanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and email analyticsUnderstanding of data privacy, governance, and responsible AI usage in a marketing and analytics contextAbility to build sophisticated reports, including case studies and performance recapsExperience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar), with a curiosity for applying AI to improve analytics workflows, reporting, and insight generationData Storytelling & CommunicationAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling through dataExperience creating clear, compelling presentations using Microsoft Office toolsProject Management & ExecutionStrong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating across teams to support implementation timelines and deliverablesHighly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementMaintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders across technical and business teamsCollaborative team player who works effectively across disciplinesAbility to escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of deliverablesOwnership & Work EthicDetail-oriented, reliable, and highly organizedProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independentlyResourceful in identifying tools, processes, and efficiencies to improve workflows and outputsEducation & BackgroundBachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, engineering, economics) or equivalent practical experienceWe are unable to offer employment visa assistance for this role.Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
