As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with the opportunity to learn and grow./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliMonitor job file status/liliMaintain job file WIPs/liliMonitor and ensure client requirements are followed/liliReview and validate initial field documentation/liliCreate preliminary estimate/liliDaily job file coordination and communication/liliMaintain internal and external communications/liliPrepare job file reports/liliComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process/liliPerform job close-out/liliAssist other departments, as needed/liliManage crew scheduling/liliAfter-hours on call phone rotation participation/li/ulpPosition Requirements:/pulli2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience/liliExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus/liliExperience in service industry environment a plus/liliOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times/liliPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills/liliAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations/liliExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail/liliVery self-motivated and goal-oriented/liliAbility to multitask/liliProficiency in Google Workspace/liliAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software/liliMinimum of HSD/GED preferred/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpHours: 7:30am-4:30pm M-F, flexible to work overtime when required/ppJob Type: Full-time/ppCompensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour/p/div
