Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to create individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring high-quality therapeutic engagement through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Document all interactions meticulously, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with organizational protocols and state licensing requirements.

• Utilize innovative interventions to help clients set, pursue, and achieve therapeutic goals, leveraging creative strategies that resonate with diverse client backgrounds.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with case managers, medical personnel, family members, and other stakeholders involved in the client’s care.

• Provide exceptional customer service, supporting clients through their recovery process and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our clients often seek support for various challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
