Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies that meet the individual needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Applications may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic client care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records per legal and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation reflects each client's progress and treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying informed on the latest advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. We also offer a sign-on bonus to new team members.
