Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will predominantly involve working with stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health concerns. These might include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and general life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold one of the following fully licensed credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your credentials will be accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated competency with technology, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic record keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, candidates with more extensive backgrounds in mental health treatment are highly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive salary, the role offers:
