We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Luxury Plumbing Fixtures & Architectural Hardware sales team. This position is responsible for servicing and selling products to our existing clients and to new, walk-in clientele. To increase sales, the ideal individual should be approachable and possess excellent communication skills. Since we are a dynamic, rapidly growing company, every member of our team plays a vital role within our company. Our standards are high, and we only employ individuals who are looking for a career , not just a job. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Establish and develop new customers, sales opportunities, and maintain positive business relationships. Use a consultative approach to identify clients’ needs and provide support throughout the entire sales process, from order placement through delivery and installation. Understand the importance of monthly sales goals and targets. Prepare competitive bids/quotes for clients on all project sizes. Demonstrate a sense of urgency by following up on all open quotes and sales leads. Effectively communicate with multiple departments (Purchasing, Operations, Accounting) to support and troubleshoot all facets of sales orders. Convey accurate product lead times to clients, communicate special-order requirements, and submit expedited shipping requests to manufacturers. Attend product trainings and remain current on all products and related promotions. Respond to all client inquiries within the same business day via phone/email. Project a professional company image through customer and vendor interactions. Schedule: Monday through Friday
