Your kindness, professionalism, and organizational skills help ensure individuals receive timely access to the care they need while supporting a collaborative team dedicated to improving lives.We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.We offer:Affordable medical, dental and vision insuranceCompany paid Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)Generous paid time off (PTO) & paid holidaysRetirement plan with company match – up to 6%Company paid life insuranceMileage reimbursementA collaborative and mission driven cultureOpportunities for professional growth and developmentEmployee training and continued education opportunitiesWhat You'll DoAs an Administrative Specialist, you will:Welcome clients, visitors, and community partners while providing exceptional customer service in a professional and compassionate environment.Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist clients with accessing behavioral health services.Complete patient registration, verify demographic information, and support the intake and admissions process.Maintain accurate electronic health records, patient accounts, and administrative documentation in a timely manner.Manage waitlists, coordinate appointment scheduling, and communicate with clients regarding upcoming services.Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations and a positive client experience.Maintain office supplies, reception areas, and administrative records to support daily program operations.Assist with reports, data tracking, special projects, and other administrative functions as assigned.Protect client confidentiality while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and organizational policies.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative, medical office, healthcare, or customer service environment.Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a behavioral health, medical, or human services setting.Experience with patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, or electronic health records.Bilingual skills are a plus.Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, customer-focused service while working in a fast-paced environment.Community Health Alliance is a leading provider of behavioral health and human services, delivering high-quality mental health and substance use treatment across a comprehensive continuum of care.
