We are seeking a visionaryExecutive Chef to lead our culinary program and elevate the dining experience at one of Boston’s most dynamic destinations - One Lincoln. Job Summary Flik Hospitality Group Salary: $105000 - $110000 / year About The Role As Executive Chef, you will have full ownership of the kitchen—shaping the menu, setting culinary standards, and leading a talented brigade. You will balance creativity with consistency, delivering bold, refined cuisine while maintaining operational discipline and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute seasonally driven menus that reflect creativity, quality, and guest appeal Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen leadership and hourly culinary staff Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and the highest food standards Maintain food and labor cost controls, inventory systems, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience Drive innovation while respecting the brand and vision of One Lincoln What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume or upscale dining environment Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach Passion for fresh ingredients, menu development, and modern culinary trends Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and forecasts Excellent communication and organizational skills A commitment to training, culture-building, and culinary excellence What We Offer Competitive compensation package Opportunity to lead and shape a flagship culinary program in Boston Creative freedom with strong operational support A collaborative leadership culture focused on growth and excellence Career advancement within a respected hospitality organization If you are a confident culinary leader ready to take the next step and make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
