PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Position Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a substantial personal injury caseload and will have significant hands‑on litigation experience, including: Managing plaintiff's personal injury cases from inception through resolution and trial Appearing in court and handling routine and substantive court conferences Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses Preparing and responding to interrogatories and other discovery Taking and defending depositions Conducting legal research and drafting motions and briefs Handling motion practice and discovery disputes Participating in settlement negotiations and mediations Preparing cases for arbitration and trial Assisting with appeals and appellate matters as appropriate Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers and experts Maintaining an organized and current caseload Significant jury trial experience is highly preferred and will be given strong consideration. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be: A licensed New Jersey attorney in good standing A minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience Experienced in plaintiff's personal injury law Comfortable managing a significant caseload A strong legal writer and communicator Comfortable appearing in court and handling litigation independently Highly organized and detail-oriented Self‑motivated and able to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team Interested in developing significant courtroom and trial experience Benefits include: Health insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Professional growth and development opportunities Significant exposure to experienced trial attorneys and complex personal injury litigation Application Question(s): How many depositions have you handled?
