Office/Accounts Administrator

Professional Search Group

Professional Search Group (PSG) is a recruiting and staffing firm established in Australia that launched its first US office in late 2015. Our LA office is currently hiring due to business growth, and we have an existing need for an Office/Accounts Administrator. We would like to consider candidates who have a strong background in billing/invoicing, payroll, onboarding new employees, background checks, liaising with vendors, producing excel reports and helping with marketing tasks. Office Administrator Responsibilities include formatting internal excel reports for reporting purposes, processing payroll, reconciling accounts, billing, liaising with third party vendors and other ad-hoc duties. To be successful, you should have office and accounting experience and be able to diversify into other areas of operations. You will work closely with our CEO and help our different entities and staff with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Billing clients on portals on a weekly basis Processing payroll on a weekly/monthly schedule Onboarding new employees Chasing timesheets from contractor staff Producing weekly/monthly reports on excel Assisting with onboarding documents and HR related tasks Updating social media pages Other ad-hoc duties as required by Directors of different entities Requirements Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt and assist with operational tasks Accounting experience with an analytical mindset Ability to think outside the box Experience in streamlining processes Solid organizational and time-management abilities Must be local to Los Angeles for a hybrid type schedule.
