CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate milling and lathe machines. You will work with advanced 5-axis mills and lathes, utilizing Siemens controls and editing M&G codes. While programming is not required, familiarity with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls is essential. You will perform quality hand inspections and work with tolerances of +/- .1-.3 of an inch.

• Set up and operate 5-axis milling machines and lathes.
• Edit M&G codes for machine operations.
• Conduct quality hand inspections to ensure precision within specified tolerances.
• Utilize Siemens, Fanuc, or Mitsubishi controls effectively.

• Lathe experience with a minimum of 4-axis, ideally 5-axis.
• Proficiency in M&G code editing with knowledge of Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls.
• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Familiarity with DMG MORI machines and Mastercam software.

• Experience with Mori Sieki machines is beneficial.
• Blueprint reading and machining skills.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
