This person will play a central role in shaping the company's financial strategy, capital formation efforts, investor positioning, and public-market readiness.What You'll DoCapital Markets & Investor StrategyDevelop and execute capital markets strategy to support company growth initiativesLeverage relationships with hedge funds, crossover investors, PIPE investors, family offices, institutional investors, and capital markets advisorsLead investor outreach, financing discussions, and fundraising activitiesSupport evaluation and execution of potential IPO, SPAC, reverse merger, or other public-market pathwaysServe as a key spokesperson to investors, partners, advisors, and financial stakeholdersStrategic FinanceBuild and maintain long-range financial models and growth forecastsDevelop revenue, valuation, and capital deployment strategiesPrepare board presentations, investor materials, and financing documentsSupport due diligence, data rooms, and strategic transactionsPartner closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives and corporate strategyFinance LeadershipBuild scalable finance processes, controls, and reporting infrastructureLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesSupport PCAOB audits and public-company readiness initiativesEstablish reporting frameworks and governance processes suitable for a public companyOversee the finance function as the organization continues to scaleWhat We're Looking ForRequired ExperienceExperience as a CFO, Head of Capital Markets, VP Finance, Deputy CFO, or similar senior finance executivePrior experience in a public company or late-stage growth company environmentDemonstrated success raising capital and engaging institutional investorsEstablished relationships with hedge funds, crossover investors, PIPE investors, SPAC sponsors, or public-market investorsStrong understanding of public-market transactions and financing structuresExperience developing financial models, forecasting, investor presentations, and board materialsMust be eligible to obtain a security clearancePreferred BackgroundDefense, aerospace, AI, deep-tech, software, advanced technology, or related industriesExperience with IPOs, SPAC transactions, PIPE financings, reverse mergers, or public-company capital raisesInvestment banking, corporate development, investor relations, or capital markets experienceFamiliarity with high-growth company environments and value-creation initiativesWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to join a founder-led technology company with ambitions to create significant enterprise value across multiple high-growth markets.
