About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial strategy during a critical growth phase, including preparation for an IPO. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial planning and execution, with a focus on capital allocation, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial modeling to ensure scalable growth and profitability. This role also involves overseeing SEC filings, ensuring SOX readiness, and building robust internal controls and governance structures. The CFO will lead the end-to-end IPO process, manage global finance operations, and be a key strategic partner to the executive team and Board, serving as the principal spokesperson to investors and stakeholders. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred, and a CPA or equivalent professional certification. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance and leadership experience is required, with at least 5 years in a CFO capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO in a rapidly growing revenue company, particularly in a high-growth industry. Experience in leading an IPO process, extensive international experience, and a background in managing government and regulatory relations are essential. The role demands expertise in public company requirements, the ability to partner with CEOs and Boards, and a history of delivering results in complex, international, high-growth settings.
