About the Role:
Join Alpha Animal Rehabilitation and Fitness as a Client Coordinator/Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of animals through tailored rehabilitation programs. This exciting position in West Caldwell, NJ, offers an opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to animal health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate client appointments and manage schedules for rehabilitation sessions.
Assist in conducting rehabilitation exercises and treatments.
Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and ensure their needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Educate clients on rehabilitation techniques and at-home care for their pets.
Support the team with administrative tasks and clinic organization.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for both animals and clients.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a passion for animal welfare.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills .
Knowledge of veterinary rehabilitation practices is a plus.
Ability to lift and handle animals safely.
Compassionate demeanor and a positive attitude towards clients and pets.
