To support pharmacy benefit administration, the full-time North Carolina Pharmacy Services Specialist will manage daily operations, coordinate program development, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate daily activities related to pharmacy benefit management operations Support staff in researching, developing, and evaluating pharmacy-related programs and initiatives Resolve escalated customer service inquiries and coordinate pharmacy claim adjustments Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in related fields Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
