Solar Pros AZ is expanding our internal call center, and we're looking for high-energy, competitive Phone Appointment Setters who know how to create conversations, handle objections, and turn qualified homeowners into scheduled appointments.

This is a PHONE appointment-setting position — not door-to-door sales and not a closing role.

We're building a high-performance setter team, and we're especially interested in candidates who already have experience setting appointments by phone in the home-service industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Solar Pros AZ Setter, your job is simple:

Create the opportunity.

You'll speak with homeowners, identify whether there is an opportunity to help them, qualify the homeowner, create curiosity, and schedule qualified in-home consultations for our sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to homeowners
  
  
• Using our proven call framework and scripts
  
  
• Creating conversations around homeowners' electricity costs and energy options
  
  
• Asking effective discovery questions
  
  
• Handling common objections confidently
  
  
• Qualifying homeowners according to company standards
  
  
• Scheduling firm dates and times for in-home consultations
  
  
• Properly setting expectations for the appointment
  
  
• Accurately documenting conversations and appointment details in our CRM
  
  
• Following up with leads when necessary
  
  
• Participating in coaching, call reviews, role-play, and ongoing training

• Be comfortable working toward daily and weekly KPIs

• Maintain accurate CRM notes
