Full Time | Outpatient Primary Care | Mission-Driven Community Health

Physician Assistant role serving patients with complex medical and preventative care needs. Opportunity to practice mission-driven medicine within a collaborative coastal Northern California healthcare organization. Integrated care environment with strong interdisciplinary support allowing providers to focus on patient-centered care delivery. Access to behavioral health, chiropractic care, specialty consult services, and telehealth resources. Structured onboarding and mentorship program designed to support provider success and long-term retention.

Base Salary: $148,627.20 $168,553.60. $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for meeting 9-patient clinic target. Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential. Partnership-eligible providers: $25,000 sign-on bonus. Structured retention bonus program. Alternative sign-on and retention structure available for non-partnership track providers. $10,000 relocation reimbursement. Additional $10,000 relocation assistance available for qualifying parent or in-law relocation support.

Full-time outpatient schedule. Five 8-hour clinic shifts weekly.

Two Medical Assistants assigned per provider. 0.7 RN support per provider. Integrated behavioral health services. Chiropractic and specialty consult resources. Telehealth support services.

29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time. $5,000 annual professional expense credit for licensing, DEA, CE, and equipment. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Benefits effective first of the month following start date. Laptop and cell phone provided. Spanish language differential pay available. NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000 to $300,000 depending on program participation and service commitment.

Active California Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain required. Board Certified Physician Assistant required. Outpatient primary care experience preferred. Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred. Comfortable managing complex primary care patients within collaborative outpatient environment required. Passion for rural health and underserved patient populations strongly preferred. Team-oriented and mission-driven mindset required. Spanish language skills are a plus and eligible for differential pay.
