Job Overview A law firm seeks a team-oriented associate to join its Employee Benefits group in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in handling ERISA, employee benefit, and executive compensation matters. Duties Design and draft defined contribution and benefit plans. Provide support for employee stock ownership and welfare plans. Assist with executive compensation programs. Offer merger and acquisition support. Requirements Minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong oral, research, and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient project management skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Ohio preferred. Skills Broad understanding of ERISA, tax, and related laws. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Life and long-term disability insurance. Flexible spending accounts. 401K plan.
