Although this is a remote position, you will have access to an outpatient office for occasional in-person sessions when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health, crafting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques that support personal growth, healing, and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to facilitate access for clients and ensure continuity of care, especially for those facing mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about emerging trends and practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will support clients through their recovery journeys, fostering resilience and helping them build coping strategies to encourage long-lasting change. You will also contribute to initiatives aimed at addressing and treating addiction and related issues.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the formation of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and personal challenges.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle caseload effectively and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy in a private practice or outpatient setting, particularly with diverse populations.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Experience in the addiction treatment field is a plus, as we work with individuals facing substance use challenges.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
