Accounts Payable Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Greenville, SC to identify a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, is highly accurate, and has strong Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily basis Perform 2‑way and 3‑way matching, ensuring proper coding and approvals prior to payment Review, audit, and verify invoices for accuracy, discrepancies, and compliance Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies Maintain vendor records, including W‑9s and payment details Assist with weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments Monitor AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner Support month‑end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate data flow and timely invoice processing Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Experience in a high‑volume AP environment preferred (processing large quantities of invoices) Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) Experience with ERP systems and invoice processing workflows Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Location: Greenville, SC (fully onsite) Employment Type: Contract-to-hire Environment: Fast‑paced, team‑oriented, high‑volume processing #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
