We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members. • Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide general information about products, services, and company activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating routine office activities.
• Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate visitor and customer records.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.
• Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
• Assist with organizing office materials and supplies.
• Help ensure daily reception activities run smoothly.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors.

• Previous receptionist, front desk, office, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
