About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at OASIS DENTAL as a front office treatment coordinator in Dublin, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to support our dental professionals in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth office workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Manage patient records, scheduling, and follow-up appointments efficiently.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care to promote better health.
• Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient experience.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on dental techniques and technologies to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge in billing and insurances
• Experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor with patients.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in using dental software and technology.
