Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a highly collaborative, physician-led team in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. This is a 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient opportunities for additional income. The role offers a flexible schedule and strong support model within a modern practice setting. Practice Info 100% outpatient practice (optional inpatient opportunities for additional income) Strong support model with 2 part-time physicians 24/7 hospitalist coverage Care team model Medical staff of 750 providers across 54 specialties Modern practice setting located in a new Wellness Park alongside orthopedics, PM&R, therapy services, and imaging Compensation Base salary: $300,000 guaranteed Productivity bonus: $62 per wRVU (uncapped) Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50k Year 1, $50k Year 2) Relocation: $10,000 Salary Range: $300,000 to $550,000 / Year Benefits Loan Repayment: Yes PTO: 5 weeks CME: $5,000 annually Retirement: 403(b) with 4% match Full benefits package PSLF-eligible employer Shift & Schedule Flexible schedule: 2-5 days per week (4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts) Light call: Approximately 1 phone call per month Requirements BC/BE Rheumatologist No J-1 or H-1B visas accepted
