This role will develop and manage enterprise-wide liquidity projections, optimize the deployment of excess cash, and help maintain sufficient liquidity across the firm’s global operations under normal and stressed market conditions.The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner across the Finance Division to develop scalable liquidity management processes, support funding decisions, and enhance Oaktree's overall liquidity infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in building and evolving the firm's liquidity management framework, including forecasting methodologies, stress testing capabilities, investment guidelines, and governance processes. The role requires a highly analytical, self-directed professional who is comfortable making recommendations to senior leadership and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Fund Finance, Investment Operations, Capital Solutions, Legal, and Compliance—as well as external banking and market remains current and supports evolving business requirementsMonitor counterparty exposures, creditworthiness, and approved investment limits in coordination with internal risk management frameworksQualifications9 – 11 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Liquidity Management, Cash Management, Treasury Consulting, Banking, Capital Markets, or related financial services rolesDemonstrated experience developing and managing enterprise liquidity forecasting models across multiple time horizonsExperience designing liquidity stress testing methodologies and scenario analysis frameworksExperience managing excess cash portfolios, short-term investments, or institutional liquidity portfoliosStrong understanding of money markets, repo markets, short-term investment instruments, interest rates, funding markets, and market conventionsExperience managing Treasury-related agreements, banking documentation, investment contracts, and counterparty relationshipsStrong knowledge of bank account management, cash positioning, payment operations, and liquidity movement across multiple banking platformsExperience in foreign exchange (FX) markets, currency exposure management, and common hedging instruments and strategies, including forwards and swaps preferredExperience working within investment management, alternative asset management, banking, insurance, or other sophisticated financial institutions preferredExperience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), financial modeling, Bloomberg, banking portals, and reporting tools preferredPersonal
