Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and group counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of patients, ensuring a therapeutic atmosphere.

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to understand patients' challenges and determine appropriate treatment paths.
\n
• Collaboratively develop and review initial treatment plans with each patient, reassessing goals and strategies as needed throughout their care.

• Facilitate the creation of aftercare and discharge plans to ensure a smooth transition and continued support for patients as they progress in their recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of counseling sessions and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and attend team meetings to discuss patient progress and refine treatment methodologies.

• Perform other duties related to patient care as assigned by the supervisor, contributing actively to the clinic's operational objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in counseling practices.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with patients and their families.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
