Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and deliver tailored short-term psychotherapy services to clients using telehealth platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals with mental health and dual disorders. Our client base ranges from children and adolescents to adults, requiring a nuanced understanding of the familial and sociocultural determinants that affect mental health. You will provide a range of therapeutic interventions such as couples counseling, family therapy, and skills training that address a variety of presenting issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) to practice in Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, with a focus on integrative therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
